I have replaced the front oem windshield in the local authorized BMW dealer they have replaced the following parts:
1- 51317203857 Windshield for vehicles with climate comfort windscreen and rain & light sensor.
2- 51317061967 Windshield Moulding – Upper.
3- 51137133292 Windshield Moulding – Lower.
4- 51717180743 Rain Tray / Water Deflector.
5- 64116928326 Condensation Sensor ( it is behined the rear view mirror cover you cant use the old one, it will break if you take it out)
and they used OEM polyurethane BMW / MINI adhesive:
83190444144
I’m not sure if they used the triangl shape method to apply the adhesive but it seems a fail-safe way to prevent leaks.
The fix !:
it appears that leak is not from the windshield it is from the seal of the door vapor barrier AKA Sound Insulating foam.
this barrier is sticked to the door using Butylband tape (Butylene tape) from BMW:
Part Number 83190153321

I went to one of BMW garages to do the job, they removed the door panel and removed the old seal.
Then they applied the new seal.
And using Seam Roller tool to seal the edges.
No more water leaks during rain of car wash and nothing was wrong in the sealing of the windshield.
